Fees
Registration Fee $100. Payable with the completed application form (refundable upon moving into the Manoir)
Assessment Fee $50. Payable at the assessment by our Nurse (refundable upon moving into the Manoir)
Entrance Fee $1500. Payable upon accepting accommodation.
Admission Agreement Upon accepting a room, residents must sign a lease with Manoir Westmount Inc., which is a month-to-month agreement. One of its features is the permission for a resident to leave the Manoir with only one month’s notice.
** Entrance fee can be spread over a 3-month period by 3 post-dated checks.
To submit your application for our Waiting List, please download the attached Application Form and Medical Exam form, to be completed by a physician, and either mail or drop off to the below address, along with your Registration Fee. Once we’ve received your application, we will contact you using the information you’ve provided to confirm.
