Immediate Availability
Whether you’re an early riser following the Eastern morning sun or a romantic for a Western sunset, each room within The Manoir has a double glazed window with easy to access handles.
Furniture is usually provided by the resident. However, The Manoir does have some pieces which can be made available upon request.
If needed, each resident has locked storage available in our basement and a separate garment bag room on each floor.
Standard Room
Rooms at the Manoir Westmount are spacious and bright. Our Standard rooms have a generous living area of 12′ x 16′. In addition, all of the rooms have a newly renovated private bathroom equipped with extra storage space and safety bars.
Residents can decorate and furnish their rooms to their own taste

Large Room
Our Large rooms are available in various floor layouts and sizes. All layouts provide an interesting and attractive space found throughout the building. These rooms are equipped with generous closest space and a private bathroom.
Some Large rooms are available with a private balcony.

Alcove Room
Alcove Rooms are generally L-shaped and provide a space that is both interesting and attractive. These rooms are also equipped with generous closet space and private bathroom. Both a bedroom area and sitting area can be laid out here.

One-bedroom Suite
Many of the one bedroom suites have private balconies as well as 500 square feet of living area. Each suite has two closets (some are walk-in) which provide ample room for clothing and personal items.

Private Bathroom
Each room within The Manoir has a recently renovated bathroom, equipped with safety bars, generous storage space, and an emergency call system.
The Manoir encourages our residents to bring their personal belongings and to decorate as they wish.
Alternatively and upon request, we can provide 2 sets of towels for convenience, a shower curtain, and a shower mat. Toilet paper can be provided daily to our residents.
